Loss Mitigation

1.  No term under the service agreement has been violated.
2.  Upon full payment of service fee, no foreclosure sale date has been set.
3.  Reba RES did not complete a workout solution on your behalf. 

Short Sale
 
1.  One of our licensed real estate professionals will handle your short sale.
 2.  100% of the fee will be refunded upon the sale of your home provided the commission from the bank exceeds service fee.  Any difference shall be deducted and balance refunded to you.

Deed In Lieu of Foreclosure
 
1. Money back guarantee does not apply.  However, we will attempt to negotiate a “keys for cash”settlement on your behalf.
